Joy joined Chui Ventures in 2026 as its first AI and Technology Specialist, where she builds the firm’s internal technology stack, from deal sourcing and pipeline management to portfolio monitoring and LP reporting. She designed Chui’s AI CRM, the in-house system that helps the investment team surface, triage and prioritise deal flow, and is the creator of Nyawira, the firm’s website AI agent that helps founders learn about Chui and share their startups with the team.

Her focus is building smarter, data-driven systems that give the firm a single, reliable source of truth, so it can make better decisions, faster, as Fund I and Fund II grow.

Joy is a recent graduate of Multimedia University of Kenya, where she earned a degree in Computer Technology. Outside of work, she is a keen cyclist and motorbike rider.
